Jay and Laura Danielian of Potomac, Md., announce the birth of daughter Layla Nevada Danielian at 5 p.m. Feb. 28, 2008. Layla weighed 8-1/2 pounds and was 21 inches at birth. She joins brother Lukas, 3.
